Meet our Board of Directors

Erica Arceo

After graduating from U.C. Davis and Hastings College of the Law, Erica practiced law for almost 20 years, with the first 8½ years engaging in civil litigation in both state and federal courts. She later started her own law practice utilizing her skills to provide individuals and business owners with guidance and training to assist them in creating productive, viable businesses and understanding the need to assemble a team of professionals to help them make wise decisions. Although she is no longer a licensed attorney, she still has the same philosophy and desire to help businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals succeed in their endeavors. So, she currently works with licensed attorneys and other licensed professionals to provide wise counsel, strategic focus and operational efficiency. She believes that encouraging entrepreneurship and the growth of new and existing businesses will continue to be a key factor in the economic success of our great country.

Throughout her life and career, she has volunteered her time and talents to help mentor youth and young adults as well as provide pro bono work to nonprofit organizations. Being a part of the Fellowship Chamber provides her with the opportunity to continue to positively invest her time in worthwhile endeavors and work with other leaders to effectuate positive change in our communities.
